This training is designed specifically for literacy teachers, but focuses on the systems, structure, and support needed to be effective in the classroom.

Day 1: Clarity & Peace — Teaching 101: Build Your Foundation
Learn how to structure your classroom, manage your time, and start the year with confidence.

Day 2: Clarity & Boundaries — Classroom Management That Actually Works
Develop routines, procedures, and strategies to manage behavior effectively.

Day 3: Release & Balance — Lesson Planning Without the Stress + Small Groups
Create TEKS-aligned lessons and small group systems without overworking yourself.

VIP Support: Add a 1-hour personalized strategy session for $30

During this session, you will:
